With 30 years of experience as a lawyer and over 15 years as a neutral mediator, Ms. Engel brings substantial experience to her role as an arbitrator. Ms. Engel has served as a lawyer at both large defense firms and boutique plaintiffs’ firms litigating complex commercial cases, employment matters, contract disputes, consumer cases, personal injury cases, partnership disputes, insurance litigation, class actions, products liability cases and construction disputes. Having served as both plaintiff and defense counsel, as well as a neutral for many years gives Ms. Engel a strong foundation as a neutral arbitrator.
